Beer lovers living in Lake Delton have a great opportunity to sample terrific local brews. Port Huron Brewing Company is Lake Delton’s own craft brewery. Conveniently located near lovely Lake Delton houses a mile east of town on Highway 23, the tasting room is open for visitors. The Engine House Tap Room is the perfect place to try out the current brews. Bring along a group of friends and belly up to the 24-foot long bar, with a classy, hand-made bar top. Twelve bar stools accommodate tasters. There are also several smaller Bier Hall-style tables. As you sip your flight, you might even be able to watch the action in the brewery through the tap room’s windows. The Engine Room has several interesting decorations. See engineering plans of the steam engines that were used in the Port Huron Engine & Thresher Co. factory. One of these engines is in the tap room. It powers fans used for air movement.

Choose a sampler flight or a full pitcher of beer to share with your group. Pretzels and fresh popcorn are available for free to cleanse the palate between different types of beer.
