"Seller's Market" Spring 2021

Wisconsin Dells Real Estate has been very different with the Covid-19 Pandemic in 2020 and 2021. The Wisconsin Real Estate market has shifted into the top end of a "Sellers Market." In our area of Lake Delton and Wisconsin Dells, as soon as a listing comes onto the market, it sells quickly and for top dollar. Offers at full list price and with a pre-approval letter are the ones getting accepted. Seller's are getting asking price or more while buyers are competing to get the home that they want.

With record low inventory and historically low interest rates, (which have already started rising) it continues to be a sellers market.  The bad news for everyone,  there is less inventory now then last year in 2021.
