"Seller's Market" Spring 2021
Wisconsin Dells Real Estate has been very different with the Covid-19 Pandemic in 2020 and 2021. The Wisconsin Real Estate market has shifted into the top end of a "Sellers Market." In our area of Lake Delton and Wisconsin Dells, as soon as a listing comes onto the market, it sells quickly and for top dollar. Offers at full list price and with a pre-approval letter are the ones getting accepted. Seller's are getting asking price or more while buyers are competing to get the home that they want.
